MW5 Electro magnetic lifter

Product introduction:

Permanent Magnetic lifter which can greatly improve the magnetic steel material clamping efficiency. The permanent magnet lifter is a high-performance rare earth material NdFeB as the core, through the hand pull the suction cup handle rotation, thus changing the inner chimney NdFeB magnetic system, to be processed workpiece suction or release. Permanent Magnetic lifter is the machinery factory, mold factory, and other machining field

widely used magnetic fixture.

1.Adopts fully sealed welding structure, has good moisture-proof performance.
2.Adopting reasonable magnetic circuit design, low carbon steel plate, high quality mica with good thermal conductivity and heat resistance which has improve the special working efficiency of lifting electromagnet.
3.The optimized excitation coil design and special process treatment improve the electrical and mechanical performance of the coil.

Application
1.Used in metallurgy, mining, casting, machinery, transportation and other industries to lift iron and steel and other magneto-conductivity materials.
2.Used for electromagnetic manipulator, holding steel and other magneto-conductivity materials.
